Had a spacious, bright room with comfy bed, but missed hot water pressure for the shower. Des was a gem, super cute.

Really enjoyed my stay, had a really really nice experience. I was happy with hotel's particularly good location fully up to speed as to where everything was. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and helpful and provided good service. Location: the property was near the police station, the underground and pubs. Apart from that, Epping War Memorial was 10 minutes' drive away.

The continental breakfast with yoghurt and a gorgeous view, for instance is the highlight. As for me, the location is good, fully up to speed as to where everything was.

The gardens were stunning! Very spacious property with a bright room, but breakfast could use more variety. a nice stay. 😊

The hospitality from Des was excellent. The kids loved exploring the beautifully kept gardens while we enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio.

Des is super friendly and cute, the room was really comfy and cozy with clean sheets. The gardens outside are lovely and well-kept, perfect for a stroll. The breakfast has a good variety of pastries and coffee, which I appreciated. Was like I was getting good service compared to other places i've stayed.
